Great managers build great relationships, set goals and effectively coach their employees and team members. This session looks at building great connections with employees and other key stakeholders.

Schedule

This training consists of three (3) sessions.

Session 1: Foundations of Communication

In this session, you will be able to be more effective in:

• Listening to your team and making sure they feel seen
• Listening skills
• Communicating with people

Session 2: Effective Communication Strategies

In this session, you will learn the importance of people feeling seen, and, you will learn and practice the art of connecting with people authentically. Doing so will enable you to:

• Build trust through understanding
• Identify employee motivations and set goals to support their career path
• Become a stronger coach with tools to help the growth of your team

This session combines theory and an in-class exercise to bring together the concept and practice.

Session 3: Applied Communication Techniques

In this session, we will cover how to have difficult conversations, and how to develop messaging and motivational communication with your team. By the end of the session, you will have learned how to:

• Hold difficult conversations
• Understand different messaging techniques
• Understand when and how to use motivational communication techniques

Tuition/Fees

$850 + taxes per person

Includes coffee and tea, beverages and snacks, catered lunch and afternoon coffee break

NOTE: if a company registers three employees for the workshop, they will receive a 20% discount on the total cost.
